Rule 4. Never provide information on your card to the third parties, even if they address you as if on the Bank behalf.

PrivatBank never calls or sends messages with requests to provide the number of the bank card, the date of expiry, PIN code or CVV2 code of your card, password from Privat24, as well as passwords received by SMS. If you call to the Bank, you may be asked by the employee for a secret word to identify your personality on the phone, but the Bank employees never call the clients to check such information.
